Obtain Login Information

IMPORTANT: E-mails will be sent from the ALEKS system.  Please make sure your e-mail system does not place messages from ALEKS into the SPAM folder. 

If you have registered within the last 24 hours, you will receive your account information within the next day. 

If you have registered prior to May 30th, An ALEKS account should be created for you/your child. To retrieve the login information, follow the steps outlined below:
  1. Go to http://support.aleks.com/?support_issue=forgetlogin
  2. For the “Subject” field please choose “I forgot my login information” (This option should already be selected)
  3. Leave the field “Name” blank
  4. Under the “E-mail” field please enter the e-mail address you are using to read this message.  (This should be the e-mail address you provided while registering your child/children)
  5. Select the option “I forgot my Login Name”. This will bring up three other blank fields (School, Instructor, Comment)
    1. in School field type "SOLE"
    2. Instructor field type "Dr. Sole"
    3. You may leave the “Comment” field blank
  6. Click the “Send E-Mail” button

Parents who registered more than one child under the same e-mail account will need to log in with their child the first time to determine they are working on the account with the correct class.

1) To determine what course is set up for the account, first log into an account.
2) After logging into the account please select "Options" located in the upper right area of your screen, as seen in the image below.  (Click on the image to enlarge it.)


3) After selecting options look for the section that reads "Class", as seen in the image below. (Click on the image to enlarge it.)
